this was the only CT game i really did not like. Then again I had played all the others long before. I dunno. I went into it with an open mind and/or allowing the game to scare/creep me out as best as i could, but it just wasn't happening.
here's what i frowned upon:
-the characters/stalkers (aside corroder, they all just annoyed/bored me)
-the horrid odds of the stalkers showing up after you lost 'em, and their stupid one-liners killed the buzz
-ridiculous story (yes, TSW was ridiculous as well. but not quite like this.)
-didn't imply that cold, eerie, helpless feeling we all love so much
-one ending (it wouldnt have bugged me, but the fact i already disliked the game so much, this didn't help turn the tables)
-all in all, i was repulsed.
But it had its moments. I actually caught a sense of fear throughout the hospital, and I found corroder and his cut scene to be unnerving enough. But they weren't enough.
the way they made the game, what with taking away the cursor and everything else they did, was no problem. I liked it. In fact i'd love to see something like the Barrows' scissormen, or even Oslo university/FF's mansion, remade in this fashion (end fantasizing). But what they chose to do with this game......It only made me go back and play the other 3 games, in attempt to wash away that disappointing feeling.

Clock Tower 3 does not do the previous games justice, but the first part with May Norton is ok.

Hope you like it. When I first got the game, I waited until it was dark out. I ended up beating it in one night. Which was about 9:00pm to 3:00am. 0_0
