Who does Scissorman run funny? He kinda limps... wonder why though? Same reason why all zombies walk funny. I like how he hop-runs when he is going through a door. I laugh everytime I see him do that. It's like he's hurrying up to get through before the door hits him in the ass.

After buying the English version, buy the Japanese version of the game for ten bucks (I say buy it after the English version because if you memorized the English version, you'll be fine with figuring out what to do, since it's the exact same game playwise) to hear the different (and better!) English dialogue that Human changed for the English and European releases. Why, I don't know, but if you have the cash to dish out (and the system to play it), hearing the original dialogue of the game will be good for the soul. I also think there's added scenes too--or at least hiding and attack spots. I could be wrong though.
I own the game myself, but I'm not sure if you could attack Scissorman with the iron maiden or have Scissorman grab onto your leg in the room with the crumbling floor...it shows it on the back of the game but I haven't gone around to testing it on both versions yet.

I reccomend the american one, so you can hear the cheesy dialog, it makes it feel more like a B-horror movie, which is what clock tower is perfect for.

Yep, strangely enough! Here is an example of the changed dialogue in Helen's A Ending.
AMERICAN VERSION: Gotts: "No reason to get upset, is there, Teach? I don't think we can make it..." Helen: "I am certain Jennifer is still alive." Rescue Party: "Hey! Someone's there!" Helen: "Jennifer?" Jennifer: "Helen?" Helen: "Jennifer, you're alive!?" Jennifer: "Helen! Helen! Helen!" Helen: "It's over."
JAPANESE VERSION: Gotts: "Don't upset yourself, Ms. Maxwell. It looks like we're probably too late anyway." Helen: "I'm telling you, Jennifer's alive!" Rescue Party: "Hey, there's someone in here!" Helen: "Jennifer? Jennifer, you're safe!" Jennifer: "Helen? Helen!" Helen: "It's all over now."
Both versions have their good and bad. Such as Gotts saying "Ms. Maxwell" in the Japanese version seems odd as how we're so used to him calling her "Teach". But with the American line "I don't think we can make it..." seems very out of place and "It looks like we're probably too late anyway." seems more suitable to the situation going on. Also Jennifer seems less annoying calling out Helen's name in the Japanese version.
But it's mainly up for personal preference.

So, the dialogue in the Japanese version is different but still English?O.o I was actually not surprised by that. Deep fear for the sega saturn has full english voice acting but jap subs. So it's actually pretty story friendly with US speaking folks. A lot of other japanese games are like this. Phoenix Wright 1 and 2 in japan has two modes, full english or full jap.

All I can say is that Scissorman will come out randomly, and prepared to be afraid while gaming.
