leon101: I think the heads were bigger than they should have been. Plus, it's whatever that person's type of art is. Not my fault, I just thought it was funny.

Victim: That doesn't change the fact that he looks like a sock pupet! and even if he was chibi, the scisors wre too chibi, it still should have been bigger, in fact the point of chibi art is to make the body

leon101: So, that's why the scissors were small. To us they look like pliers, but to chibi characters they would look like giant scissors.

leon101: That's because of the animation. Just look at the RE people. They are chibi and therefore scissorman needed to be chibi.
