I have seen an PS edition of the First Fear. My question is, is there any differance then the PS version, or the Super Nintendo Version?

You mean, between the ps and sfc version?, the differences: The PSX version had an opening, one more room, a few more close ups, and after you kill the fat Dan, when you are leaving the room, you see like a child coming out from its body. Plus, in some part you have to fight a Zombie with a 'Dagger' item (you only find in this version), and the mannequin that attacks you it's a different one.

Even though this has already been answered, I'm moving it to First Fear FAQ so that it can help others.^^

Wait, there's more than that!
The graphics were redone (I have a cartridge and a copy of the game, and I've played both back-to-back...the PSX version looks more CGed rather than the Colored Pencil look of the SNES title), there were added scenes (like there was a visual of the parrot before he attacked you), the voices were redone (the screams sound like actual screams now, and the Parrot doesn't say "I kill you" or "I get you" anymore! Instead he says "I see you"), they redid the sound effects to sound more realistic (though for the most part they took and slightly altered sound effects from Clock Tower 2), and they added slight CG to scenes.
^_^ I'm going to do this more in-depth, but I'm too tired right now. ^^() Good night everyone!

I bought mine at a convention and price was no object with how desperate I was to have it. It was not that expensive though.
