There is no such thing as a Japanese version of "Little John From The Castle". This song was always sung in English.

I suppose it is possible to translate the lyrics into Japanese and sing them yourself.^^

The Clock Tower 2 Official Guidebook does have the English lyrics of "Little John from the Castle" written out in Japanese, which was titled "Ô Na Shiro No Ritoru Jon".
Even in the Japanese version of Clock Tower 2, the song was sung in English. There is no Japanese version of the song outside of the lyrics.

And the English translation located right next to the Japanese text in the book:
Little John from the big castle Plays with an energetic boy Snip, snip, he cuts off his head From his insides, red water gushes out
Little John from the big castle Plays with a cute girl Stab, stab, he chops off her eye From her insides, white water gushes out
Little John from the big castle Plays with a little boy Slash, slash, he carved into his belly From his insides, red cords comes out
Little John from the big castle Little John from the big castle Little John from the big castle...

Just a thought, but wasn't the Japanese version of Clock Tower actually in English, though with different voices from the US version? Why would that song alone be in Japanese?

The voices were in English but the text was in Japanese. The song was sung in English but the Japanese translation was in the Official Guidebook. I know you said you have the Clock Tower 2 Method to Capture Victory but I don't know if the lyrics were in that because I currently don't have that guidebook.
