At first I hated it, and as a result, I sold it. But then I bought it back to give it a second try, and this time I actually rather like it. Although, the zombies is still a stupid idea. Could have been anything but zombies. Roger Jackson voices Mr. Bates, that's cool.

My final say is that it has potential. It was not a bad game, but it could have been better. The story made little sense, even with the guide. Though unique and scary, the killers were not very smart. Most of the "endings" had no depth to them-only the "A" ending really gave you anything, and it still wasn't that good. You didn't have enough control over the fates of the characters around you, and what little you did have often resulted in a poor ending. And some of the voice actors could have done a better job.
Bates was awesome, though.

You have pretty much hit it on the spot. The endings are crap, the story makes sense by the end, but some things are still left unsolved. The game focuses way too much on trial and error. But the game itself, is just a guilty pleasure.
