Mine isn't very evil. I'd call it fundamentally flawed.
Just an example, our tuition fee costs P100,000+ (which is around $2000), and yet our school bathrooms still have missing toilet seats, broken locks on the cubicles, vandalism on the cubicles, no tissue paper, and no liquid soap. To put it even more into perspective, our headmaster recently got a brand new car.
I don't know how much the average tuition is for American schools, though. Our tuition is expensive enough.

My school is wonderful, everything is in good condition and all the staff is nice. The only probably is tuition and books are so expensive. (2800 for one semester and that's not inluding books.)
Grade school was evil though because I wasn't even treated like a real person there, and the Bi-polar disorder would get the best of me and the teachers just didn't care about whether I was all right or not.
