I honestly hate doing fan-ideas for games, but over at GameFAQs, the challenge to write a story for the next game was presented. I came up with an idea, but I'm not sure of what you'll think about it. I may expand it if it gains interest.
From GameFAQS
I guess I could take a whack at an idea.
Prologue:
Though the original Clock Tower in England was destroyed, the infamous Barrows Mansion stands cold and desolate in the mountains of Norway. The sensation over the Scissorman murders has died since then, leaving the mansion incident another forgotten tragedy in the history of the country. But lately, the old clock that had ceased to chime since the day the Barrow family lineage came to a halt, has begun to ring again.
New York, 2006
Christina Miller hasn't heard a word from her sister for three days now. Her sister went over to Norway in order to study at a prestigious college in Oslo. Fearing the worst, Christina makes a flight for Norway.
Oslo, Norway
After meeting up with the local investigators, Chrstina learns that her sister was last seen travelling into the mountains of Romsdaaren with a group of thrillseeking colleagues, urban adventurers who became intrigued in an old murder mystery in the backwoods of the country. Christina decides to look for her sister herself since the police are taking the investigation in a direction she doesn't like.
Romsdaaren
After traveling for miles in the anceint and warm woods of the slavic mountainside, Christina finally comes to a clearing and sees an ominous mansion standing in front of her. An ominous clock tower stares down at her like the eye of a predeator, and she knows that her sister may be inside this building. But hadn't there been a murder here before? Surely the place would be abandoned...right? Gathering up her courage, she ventures into the foreboding mansion.
Spanning the legacy of the Clock Tower mythos, Christina will uncover the truth about the Barrows family: the tyrant who began the forbidden ritual of entities, the wealthy family that revived them, and the ones that still linger within the hollow halls of Barrows Mansion. Christina will run into several allies, friends of her sister and attempt to rescue them from the clutches of the new threat. During the game, she will traverse the bounderies of time and delve into the roots of the mansions past, encountering entities from the beggining of the mansion's development, the first few victims of the scissormen, the death of scissorman in 1995, and finally, the last of the line in present day 2006. But who is behind the reigns this time? The final chapter in the Clock Tower legacy comes to a close in Clock Tower 4.

I think it is brilliand and should be put up on fanfiction.net!! Only part I don't like is the "final chapter" part-ct can't end yet!!;-; But, when I get the rights to the series, we should make this into and actual game.

Basically, the idea would be that you would wander around the now 3D model version of the Barrows Mansion, going into rooms and digging up clues. You may come across some allies now and then or even come across their deaths. The allies mainly consist of Kathleen, Chris's sister's, firends. Shortly into the game, you would be chased by the NEW scissorman and try to escape. A cutscene would rbing you into the past, a la 3.
The first stage takes place in the 1950's, where the Barrows are still living a happy life. They plan a large ball and many arrive. However, the party takes a dark twist when a masked killer arrives and starts chasing down guests and Christina. The killer is like the scissorman omega, sans the scissors. He carries a sword and is en mask. As the chapter progresses, you learn of the killer some more. Tieng into CT: Gaiden/Ghost Head, he turns out to be Bates, a British murderer fleeing the U.K. (Though I know is real name is Sho, so I don't know how I'd be able to incorporate that.) Christina manages to seal him away in a demonic idol. At the end of the chapter, you see Simon Barrows covering up the mystery and commenting on this first encounter with an entity. He ships off the demon statue, and we all know where that ends up. This chapter ties to CT: Gaiden/Ghost Head
Christina is sent to the present where she tries to flee the mansion unsuccesfully. She is trapped. Her sister, Kathleen, is nowhere to be found. After fleeing from scissorman again, Christina stumbles upon the ritual room, where she learns of the demon invoking ritual. She is then sent to the past.
The year is now the time where Mary learns of the demon rituals. She becomes twisted by her desires to bend black magic, but Simon is less than pleased. Mary's restless grudge chases Christina around with a shotgun, though her dead form is much more disfigured and twisted than the one from the first game. Christina, during the moments where she isn't being chased, meets up with a Dr. Simpson who has come to birth the children of Mary. Christina cautions him against it but it is too late. She witnesses the birth of the Barrow twins and subsequent death of Dr. Simpson. After a confrontation with Mary's Entity, Christina manages to purify her soul in the courtyard, laying to rest the villainess of the first game. This chapter ties in with the events taking place before the first game.
In the present, Christina meets up with inspector Davis, who agrees with her that something evil is plaguing the house. He tries to help her out with finding Kathleen, but the two become seperated when Christina is hurdled into the past.
In this time period, Simon has been locked away and Mary has decided that the time has come to feed her sons. She summons the first batch of orphans to the castle, and they are eaten whole by Dan, who becomes the stalker of this chapter. (He is less fat than in CT1 because this takes place before then.) Christina meets up with the father of Helen Maxwell from the second game. He is a criminal psychologist like she will end up being. He is later killed by Mary and it sends Christina into a powerful rage. To get back, she kills the lingering entity of Dan. This chapter ties into the second game, with Helen taking up the job her father did.
After being sent into the present again, Christina confides in Davis that she can't handle the death any longer. Fearing for her sister soon ends when Christina sees her sister's form wandering the halls. It leads her to the underground catacombs, where she is sucked into the past for one last time.
This chapter takes place during the first game. Jennifer has just learned the horror of the mansion and is fleeing from Bobby, who soon turns shears on Christina. In a paranormal shift of events, Christina and Jennifer become one (though it is still Christina on the outside.) She follows the same path as Jen, ending Bobby's life on the Clock Tower. The game can end here if Christina chooses to follow Jen's life (Ending D) or stay in the present trying to find her sister. This chapter ties into the first game.
In the present, Davis informs Christina of the events from CT3 and 2 and explains that they must be dealing with a copycat, as the Barrows family no longer exists. Christina is still suspicious though, and thinks magic may still be at hand. Christina is pursued by the present Scissorman in this chapter. If she stumbles upon the secret room, she can find a spellbook, garnering her a better ending. (Ending C). After witnessing the death of one of her sister's friends, Christina is left with an important clue. Deceit is at work here, and only by bringing the mansion down will the horror of the Clock Tower finally end. Christina manages to get to the top of the tower, where she find Davis tied up. Kathleen is there in tears, asking Christina to save her. She accuses Davis of being Scissorman. If she agrees, (Ending A) if she refuses, (Ending B). If she refuses and has the spellbook, (Ending S). At the end of this part, it is understood that Christina called into the mansion by the spirits of the victims of the Barrows Curse. Her role in all of this was to go to the past and start every games chain of events: Creating the curse placed on the statue for CT:Gaiden/Ghost Head/STW that caused the story of the game to being, telling Dr. Simpson about the demons he was up against, setting off Helen's interest in the CT case, and finally her story crossing over with Jennifer's, because their goals are nerely identical (one taking place in the past and one about to resume in the present). Christina, it turns out, was a catalyst and an observer. With the knowledge she posesses, she now must bring down the Clock Tower.
Ending D: The Ties of The Past.
Christina follows Jennifer off the Clock Tower, where Jen vanishes. Christina examines the pile of ash of Dan. A hand comes up and the screen goes black. End.
Ending A: The Clock Tower.
Christina leaves Davis untied, disregarding his words. As she turns to leave to call the police, Kathleen materializes a pair of scissors and decapitates Davis. Her form melts into that of scissorman. She has been him all along. Christina fights her way to the tower's top point, where she does what Jennifer did. However, the fight being in the bell tower results Scissorman being crushes in the bells, sending a chain reaction that starts the tower falling. Christina manages to escape. She watches the tower collaps with anybody else who managed to survive. But Davis and her sister have both died. Fortunately, so has Scissorman.
Ending C: The Demon is Sealed
At the top of the tower, Christina confronts Scissorman who kills Davis. Scissorman's form melts into Kathleen, and he/she explains that all of scissorman's entities, all of the scissormen of the past, were able to posess Christina's sister, because the Miller sisters are infact the blood decendents of the Barrows family. The culmination of all of the scissormen are what Christina's sister now is. Christina uses the spellbook to seal them away. There is no final boss. Kathleen returns to normal and they both walk out of the tower with any other surviving friends. As they drive home, a red glint shows in Kathleen's eyes and her mouth twists into a wicked smile. End.
Ending B: Scissorman
Christina refuses Kathleen, sensing that something is wrong with her. Kathleen shrugs and congradulates her sister on being unfooled. Her form melts into that of scissorman. She has been him all along. Christina fights her way to the tower's top point, where she does what Jennifer did. However, the fight being in the bell tower results Scissorman being crushes in the bells, sending a chain reaction that starts the tower falling. Davis manages to free himself, and Christina, him, and anybody else who survived, manage to escape. They watch the Clock Tower crumble. A few days later, both Davis and Christina come back and lay a rose on the rubble. Christina briefly sees Kathleen's spirit smile and rise off int othe sky.
Ending S: The Horror's Final Midnight
Christina refuses Kathleen, sensing that something is wrong with her. Kathleen shrugs and congradulates her sister on being unfooled. Christina uses the spellbook to seperate Kathleen and Scissorman's bodies. Scissorman is now in his true, powerful form. Christina materializes the sword at the end of CT3 and duels with Scissorman's Ultimate Form. After cutting it down to size, she follows the steps Jen took in the first game, crushing the final entity in the bell tower and sending off a chain reaction that starts the tower falling. Davis manages to free himself, and Christina, him, Kathleen, and anybody else who survived, manage to escape. They watch the Clock Tower crumble. A few days later, Davis sees Kathleen and Christina off on the flight back to New York. Davis gives Christina a final kiss goodbye. We are treated to scenes showing all previous CT heroines. Alyssa/Yu, is looking down at her amulate. Alyssa Hamilton is looking down at her lucky charm with Dennis. Jennifer and Helen look towards a sunset. Afterwords, we see Davis. He goes home and burns the spellbook in the fireplace along with any remaining traces of the Barrows family. But who knows? As long as there is evil in the world, entities will exist. However, the horrific final chapter in the Barrow's family history has ended.

Sounds good, though it needs more Kathleen and more about the friends fates. Plus, that statue in Ghost Head wasn't really cursed at all. ******** had infected it with a toxin that makes people go insane.

It's an interesting idea, and very well-thought-out. I like the amount of detail that was put into it, though I definitely would have written the storyline differently.
Actually if I made CT4, I would make it a prequel, like describing the origins of the Barrows' Family, and making it clear how Quentin Barrows killed his own son, as well as clearing up other questions that rose in that story arc.
Because honestly, CT3's story arc, though an important (at least now anyway...stupid Capcom for messing up a perfectly fine storyline) part, was not at all interesting to me. I'm more interested in the past Scissormen than Rooders and Subordinates. The Origins of the Barrows Family would shed some light onto the existing storylines of the past CT games, and not just that, it would be an interesting thing to look into...so if I made CT4, I'd probably choose that angle rather than a further sequel.

Actually I heard rumors about shepenie But nah she too young unless they made her older and besides she was evil in the second game
I also heard Alyssa Hamilton would be in the next game lets hope for a sequal!
So ya I think the alyssa idea is great
(Haunting Ground and ROR are part of the clock tower searies I heard)
The plot should be saboardenets with a twist of a story line
(maybe Alssa should build a new house xD)

Rule of rose and Haunting Grounds is not part of the Clock Tower series, it's just the fact that they used the same trend (panic mode, except for ROR, that's from a totaly different company).
Nice ct4 concept, but it feels like it's already been done (hehehe ) maybe the next game should introduce something new to gameplay?
I'm not sure myself, but something that hasn't been done before in a survival horror game...
maybe this time you play as the villian and you try to kill an innocent little girl. but she keeps on hiding, running away, hitting you with brooms or fire extinguishers ect. (i've always wanted to play a game where you're the bad guy, y'know).
