Have the Japanese Clock Tower choose-your-own-adventure novels ever been translated? I have an opportunity to buy them, and I was thinking about giving it a stab - you know, putting them in HTML format, so you could click your way through a read?
Has this been done? Has anyone read the novels, and, if so, are they worth translating?
Thanks in advance!

OK, the novels are on their way! It'll probably take a while - I'm slow at *everything*, and I don't know exactly how long the novels are - but I'll post here as soon as something decent is ready! Thanks to everyone for the support! (::wonders if there are illustrations:

That would be awesome. One of my friends mentioned that making those adventure books would be a good idea, looks like the japanese thought ahead fortunately.

Necro-posting, but I think that this might be interesting for some people who are curious about the CT2 Adventure Novels. I translated this information from the Japanese Wikipedia:
- They considered the A Ending with Rolla dying at the end as the main setting. - They have given Rolla a surname, her full name is Rolla Harrington. Anne and Lotte are not given surnames because they were foundlings. - The novel also states that Mary was pecked by the crows, further proving that they consider Ending A as the ending for Clock Tower ~The First Fear~. - It also tells you the contents of what has happened in the first game, such as with Dan and all. - The novel was reproduced pretty well. *thumbs up*
Now what you think of that? I'm amazed that they given Rolla a surname, I never expected it to be Harrington. ^^;; A shame that we'll never know Anne's and Lotte's surnames.

The "A" ending was the true ending, huh? That sort of depresses me...namely because I thought ending "C" would have been the best "True" ending.
But I guess it makes sense.
Harrington, eh? At least it isn't something uninteresting like Smith or Jones or something like that. XP

I want to read them! ;D I love CYOA and clock tower so what a wonderful combo, I had no idea.
