-.-; I never became defensive on anyone who did not do anything wrong, so don't try and lie like that.
I don't recall what exactly it was you did, but I never ban unless I feel it's called for, so it must have been a very blatant violation of the rules.

In the cbox ghost had said 'talking to you is like talking to a robot' (or something like that) and then I joked about it saying 'self-destructing in 3...2...1... boooooooooooooom!' afterwards I lent in my own opinion about this forum not needing any NEW members but ACTIVE members. (You areadly have a lot of members...but at the time there wasn't many people posting in it; just you me and leon101 who, I noticed, hasn't been here recently) That's when you banned me.
The self desrtucting robot was just a joke. And I didn't even spam (spamming is when you post repeatedly in a short period of time, I post the second time in the cbox after an hour or so)
And after you unbanned me there were other times, like the phenomena thread. Technically we were still on topic and I even wrote a small review to go with my post so it would be more related to the topic. But you deleted it.
And another thing, the 'Karma' system. If you start banning people just because they start to smite you, that's just wrong. You're taking away their freedom. It's like saying ' you hate me, I'll bann you!' you can't make everyone like you obscure... there wasn't a rule on 'abusing' the karma system. (I'll double check it after this post, but I'm definately sure there wasn't the first few times I read it)

As I recall, you were being offensive in the Cbox-that's why you got banned. And the karma thing is an unspoken rule. It should be common sense that you can't abuse it that way. You were smiting people just to see what would happen-you admitted it. And you weren't banned-you were warned.

I found out, she DOES have the disc. It's on her RinkYa feedback list. So, the video was not stolen from me.

I'm sorry, but your word is no longer believable, given that you have now stolen stuff from this forum. Both you and her have your histories with stealing stuff from me and this forum, so I have no reason to believe sudden edits you guys make in hopes to appear innocent.

I have proof and witnesses, so there is no point lying. Some of the evidence is still up on your forum.

You are losing a LOT of your best members, I have a feeling you're going to lose even more.

I do not define "best members" as ones who steal or troll. People who do stuff like that, no matter how active they are, are not welcome here.

Remember one of our conversations over MSN, I asked you what you were doing and you told me you were downloading this anime (I don't really remember the name, Higurashi or something) .... isn't that illegal? isn't that 'stealing'.
Isn't that hipocracy?

O_oI download Higurashi RAWS solely for AMV purposes, and I buy the DVDs the day they are released in english, so I don't see anything wrong with it. Not like I understand Japanese, and at the time, the series was not liscensed in my country, and it seemed unlikely it would be. Also, I never went around claiming credit for making Higurashi.

Um.. hello? Copyright laws? 'in whole or in part'? It doesn't matter if it wasn't licenced in your country or not. That's still stealling and using someone elses work, claiming it as your own, there's another word for that , plagerism.
Even the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) says 'it is illegal for someone who has legally purchased a CD to transfer that music into his/her computer'. and tons of people do that thinking that it's okay.
You're saying you downloaded the series and then buy the original? it's still against the law tell you the truth.
